Dr. Adam Russ is amazing! The front desk girls never disappoint me, always very nice, friendly and professional. The glasses center, they're very patience and they all work so diligent. My kids and I be going here for the last 7 or 8 years. Dr. Russ started our "eye glass wearing" journey ? This off has an amazing group of people. Dr. Pratt isn't short stopping, either. Ridgeway is the best in the Tri-State area from the front staff, exam & glasses station all are friendly & very helpful. I've even had eye emergencies where they've squeezed me in same day just to assist & even followed up to make sure I was healing well. Definitely recommend!!!

"First time there going for an eye exam and buying glasses. My insurance covered quite a bit of the costs so I have no complaints regarding the pricing. Appointment setup was quick, and only ended up waiting ten or fifteen minutes past the appointment time. The Doctor who took me was efficient, and thorough with the exam and had no problem answering my questions. Finally, I chose a pair of frames that I am very happy with and it only took a week for the glasses to come in.
