Dr. Russ was born in Fort Wayne, IN and raised in Leo, a small suburb of Fort Wayne. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University. Dr. Russ earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry. He is a member of the Indiana Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. His optometric interests include specialty contact lens fittings and treating dry eye disease.
Dr. Russ and his wife, Heather, have one daughter, Evelynn. In his free time he enjoys golfing, watching baseball, college football, and basketball, traveling, and spending time with his family.
